A cable obtained by Judicial Watch shows that Ambassador Chris Stevens had requested additional security in Libya but was turned down by Undersecretary Patrick Kennedy.

Hillary Clinton, who is due to testify before the Benghazi House sub-committee this week, previously testified that those requests "never reached her desk". I wonder if Patrick Kennedy is willing to back that up under oath.
