Mr Villar Goes to Harvard

Hat tip Campus Reform and John Speedie for audio

Antonio Villaraigosa

Can't make this up, Folks. Former LA Mayor Tony Villaraigosa (ne Villar) is now moving from his post-mayoral gig as a bank consultant...

Ahem.... to Harvard, where he will be a visiting fellow.

"Stop! Stop!"

Don't take my word for it. Here is the report from Campus Reform.

And what a fellow he is. Tony's resume includes failing the bar exam three times, taking his wife's name (Raigosa) and attaching it to his own when he got married, getting dumped by said wife when he was caught having an affair with a Spanish-language reporter assigned to cover his "mayoral activities", and leaving the city on the verge of bankruptcy.

"Ah wunnerful, ah wunnerful, ah"   (Hat tip John Speedie)

Plus, he is such a stirring speaker. Remember when he spoke at the Democratic National Convention?

"Ahhhh.....yeaaaah."  (Hat tip John Speedie)

"C'mon!"

He has a lot to offer Harvard.
