Not everybody is criticizing Jacques Rogge, the head of the International Olympic Committee, for refusing to hold a moment of silence during the opening ceremony to mark the 40th anniversary of the 1972 Munich massacre of Israeli Olypmipc athletes. Mr Rogge has earned the eternal graitude of the Palestinians.
"Sports is a bridge for love, connection, and relaying peace between peoples. It should not be a factor for separation and spreading racism between peoples."
