The Danish-Swedish politician and provocateur, Rasmus Paludan, has burned a Koran outside Turkey's embassy in Copenhagen, as he shows in a video on X.

On Friday, Danish police announced based on " a concrete assessment", was banned from demonstrating in Copenhagen the next day. Paludan chose to defy this.

"The solution is to not tell Copenhagen police you are holding a protest," says Paludan in the video, "and to allow the action as a way to honor the murdered Koran-burner, Salwan Momika.

Paludan has stated that after Momika's murder in Södertälje, he was contacted by PET, the Danish counterpart to Säpo (Swedish Security Police). Like Momika, he has burned copies of the Koran in public on several occasions.
