Trier (Rheinland-Pfalz) - A horrific and bloody crime in Trier. On a street only a few hundred meters from the university campus, on Wednesday morning, a 22-year-old student was stabbed to death. The suspect is an Afghan man of the same age. He allegedly attacked the German with a knife.
Around 09:55, witnesses reported an injured person on Robert Schuman Allee in Trier (Rheinland-Pfalz). The victim was a man reportedly attacked with a knife, police report. It was further reported that the perpetrator fled.
Search for the stabber
Police and rescue personnel rushed to the scene, and there, rescue personnel resuscitated the 22-year-old behind a privacy screen. At the same time, a manhunt was launched for the stabber.
