The Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under the Law and Stand With Us, two organizations dedicated to fighting anti-Semitism, particularly in our schools and universities, have filed a lawsuit against the State of California over anti-Semitic treatment of Jewish students.
I am cross-posting an article in Algemeiner describing the action.
It goes without saying that I approve of this action. Lawsuits are absolutely necessary to remedy this situation, and if our public schools and the states that oversee them will not take action to protect Jewish students, then legal action is required.
