Tunisian migrants are increasingly showing up on European police blotters. The Bastille Day truck driver who mowed down and killed 86 people in Nice a couple of years ago was a Tunisian. Just a few days ago, we mocked University of Michigan Professor Juan Cole for singing the virtues of Tunisia. Now a Tunisian man has been arrested in Cologne, allegedly in possession of the deadly chemical, ricin, which police believe he was planning to use in a terror attack.
