It's a mess in Italy as thousands of new African migrants are arriving every week, picked up off the coast of Libya and delivered directly to Italian ports. In addition, the Italians are threatening to deliver thousands of migrants to the Italian-Austrian border at the Brenner Pass unless the EU arranges for some of the migrants to be taken from Italy to other countries.
