Bombs have gone off at a concert by Ariana Grande in Manchester, England. Details are still coming in, but it looks like there are many fatalities. Police are treating it as a terrorist attack.

Fox News is reporting at least 19 are dead.
Update: This is developing as expected. The police have announced that from the discovery of one body at the scene, they believe this was a suicide bombing.
