Now that a press conference has taken place, we now know that the "amoker" in Duesseldorf was a 36-year-old Kosovar asylum-seeker named Fatmir H. He had apparently not taken his meds.

But there is good news: Police have recovered Fatmir's meds and given them to him. I guess the next step is he will be released so he can carry out another "amok".
