Student Demands at University of Maryland

Hat tip Campus Reform

The inmates at the University of Maryland are demanding special considerations from administrators on behalf of vulnerable students.

If you are guessing that vulnerable students are those on the verge of failing-think again, No, they are talking about non-whites, gays (LGBTQIA), Muslims, pro-Palestinians, undocumented, Hispanics (Latinx) and who knows what else. And the Muslim Student Association is demanding prayer rooms in every major building on campus.

The university response?

"We commend the students for their passionate advocacy and for coming together in solidarity on these issues,” a university spokesperson told Campus Reform. “President Loh has convened a group of his staff to thoroughly review the list of demands and make recommendations accordingly. That process is well underway."

I have already submitted my reader response to the UMD campus paper. It goes something like this as to the demands.
