Khizr Khan; No Such Thing as Sharia Law?

Hat tip Creeping Sharia

This is precisely what I was complaining about today when I posted a piece on that Anderson Cooper interview with Khizr Khan Monday. I watched the interview and heard Khan tell  Cooper in answer to a question about Khan's reported expressions of support for sharia law, that there was no such thing as sharia law. That was a complete dodge (and a lie). The fact is that Mr Khan has written rather extensively on the glories of sharia law.

Creeping Sharia has the video of the exchange along with Mr Khan's previous writings in support of sharia law.

“All other juridical works which have been written during more than thirteen centuries are very rich and indispensable, but they must always be subordinated to the Shari’ah and open to reconsideration by all Muslims.”
-Khizr Khan

CNN and the media are trumpeting this interview by highlighting the part where Khan criticized Trump for accepting a wounded vet's Purple Heart. It is this part, however, that is more telling.

This is Khizr Khan's Khan job, or is it Taquiyya.
