Another Shoe Drops in the Email Scandal
The Romanian hacker who claimed to have hacked into communications between Hillary Clinton and Sid Blumenthal has entered into a plea agreement with federal authorities.

Here is why this matters. An important consideration into deciding whether to bring charges for mishandling of classified documents is whether the government can show that the documents actually wound up in the wrong hands. If this man can supply that evidence, that is not good news for Mrs Clinton.

This is most definitely strong evidence that the Romanian dude can do someone; whether Hillary is included remains to be seen, but that would appear quite likely. This agreement also undoubtedly involves testimony should that be required.
It would appear to me that if Hillary sent Sid B. some classified info, marked as such or no, and Guccifer hacked either Sid or Hillary, that would satisfy the requirements of the statute(s) involved.
