Erwin Chemerinsky
Once again, UC Irvine Law School Dean Erwin Chemerinsky has used his Thursday column in the Orange County Register to fashion his liberal ideas in "law". Today, he argues that states like Texas, which have sued President Obama over his order not to enforce immigration laws against certain classes of illegal immigrants, have no standing.

Really? I'm no lawyer, but to argue that the states are not being negatively impacted by Obama's stand down orders to ICE-especially border states like Texas, is absurd. Once again Chemerinsky takes his liberal positions on an issue and molds it into "law". One can only imagine the liberal indoctrination that the UC Irvine law students are getting.
