If you are a "Belgian Youth" you hoist a car into the subway station and push it down the stairs onto the platform endangering human life.
It's what you do.
If you are the Belgian authorities and the media, you refer to the perps simply as, "Belgian youths" ignoring the cries of, "Allahu Akhbar".
It's what you do.
So much for all that talk of security in Brussels on New Years Eve.
