James O'Keefe's Project Veritas has punked another two victims. This time it is Vassar College and Oberlin College, where undercover reporters posing as students sought "counseling" from university staff after supposedly being given copies of the US Constitution. After suitable counseling, the administrators at both schools agreed to shred the Constitution.
