UCLA Professor Accused of Sexual Harrassment

UCLA professor Gabriel Piterberg has been accused of sexual harassment and UCLA officials are also accused of not responding properly to the complaints.

I don't know Piterberg and have no idea as to the veracity of the complaints. I only know that Piterberg is an activist in various campus activities designed to attack the stae of Israel. In January 2009' I saw him appear with several other anti-Israel speakers at UC Irvine at an event called, Whither the Levant. To say I was not impressed is an understatement. Piterberg was born in Argentina, but grew up in Israel, a country he now trashes.

Without prejudging, I will only say as I said in the Daily Bruin reader thread that hopefully, the university will handle these charges against a faculty member as seriously as they do similar charges against students.
