Tsarnaev Gets Death Penalty

A jury in Boston today decided that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should get the death penalty for his part in the Boston Marathon attack.

Shame on Sister Helen Prejean.

“If youre looking to me for a simple and clean answer as to why this young man, who had never been arrested, who had never sassed a teacher, who spent his free time in school working with disabled kids … if you expect me to have an answer, a simple, clean answer as to how this could happen, I dont have it,” Clarke told jurors in her closing statement. “I don't have it."

I have it.

Yeah, I have it also. Good on this jury. Given that this is a Federal case, hopefully we can avoid soft-headed courts/judges and be rid of this piece of trash at least as soon as we were rid of McVeigh, possibly sooner.

Of course the left-wing loons, to no doubt include some members of Congress, will whine and moan and wring their hands by claiming the death penalty is not a deterrent, that it is unconstitutional, cruel and unusual and inhuman, etc., etc.

At the very least, if we are able to carry this actual rarity out, it will most certainly deter this idiot from killing other inmate(s) or correctional officials, or escaping and killing even more innocent victims (a la the Texas Seven and the Alday family murders) to cite only a couple of examples.

Actually Gary, you don't have an explanation. Only a desire.

elwood, if this guy spent any significant time in prison, the other inmates would do him in faster than Jeffrey Dahmer.

Siarlys--I do hope that you are correct.

Killing a would-be martyr? Fantastic. We're giving him what he wants.

He should be forced to hand out bacon appetizers at a gay bath house and clean up at closing time until he finally drops dead.

Anonymous has a great idea.
