Here's a new slant on the Baltimore case. It seems that prosecutor Marilyn Mosby is not on the same page with the investigation of the Freddy Gray death done by the Baltimore PD.

This is highly unusual. Is Mosby saying that she doesn't trust the report done by the police department? Or does she have her own agenda?
