If this report is accurate, the problem of professors forcing students to adopt their view of the world or fail has reached a new height. A Polk College professor is accused of failing a student because said student refused to write papers condemning her own faith-in this case- Christianity.

Can you imagine a professor who wanted to condemn Islam getting away with this if a Muslim, student were involved?

The First Amendment guarantees freedoms concerning religion, expression, assembly, and the right to petition. It forbids Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an individual’s religious practices. It guarantees freedom of expression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press or the rights of individuals to speak freely.
If the Polk College gets funds from the Feds, this college and the professor have serious First Amendment violations to address. Lert us hope that this student sues them, big time, to send a message to the far left slim.
