Update on UC Davis Situation

It appears public pressure may be having an effect on the administration of UC Davis in the wake of an incident last November involving intimidation of Jewish students. UCD Chancellor Linda Katehi  has agreed to conduct an investigation into the incident in an article released by the AMCHA Initiative.

Gee. You mean UCD wasn't investigating it already?

We have been playing this game for years. Here is what is needed: Any and all Jewish students on UC campuses who have been harassed, assaulted, or otherwise intimidated, need to get some attorneys and file a class action lawsuit against the UC system. We have been witnessing and reporting on these incidents for years now. They are documented. The videotapes of the vile, anti-Semitic speeches are there (and here).

The victims (who have legal standing) need to step forward.
