Chris Matthews seems to be trying to outdo himself every day. Celebrating President Obama's victory, Chris gave thanks for Hurricane Sandy.

Matthews is insane. Nothing we don't already know though.
Could be true Cabbie. IF he's not, his judgement is unsound. He's certainly a moral hazard to any and all of his purported friends. Why don't you apply for his job? You'd be worth watching, even if you sometimes said something I thought was off base.
I agree with Siarlys. 110 people died in that storm and another is hitting the area tonight. (Keep them in your prayers.)
Chris Matthews lives on the Upper West Side. He didn't suffer any harm.
My friends, we have a point of unity, of common perspective, that crosses both party and ideological lines. What a beautiful moment.
And remember, the way is open for the Cubs to win the world series. The curse has been fulfilled.
(I mentioned this once before. In 1906 it seemed pretty definitive to say "The Cubs will win a world series, when a black man is twice elected President of the United States.")
