I've been doing weekly updates on the home page of UC San Diego and specifically to the section entitled, "Read a letter from the chancellor". Problem is it hasn't been updated since May 3, odd in my view since a very significant event happened recently on her campus (the David Horowitz talk). I've been very anxious to hear her personal reaction to that UCSD student who told Horowitz she was "for" that statement by the leader of Hezbollah that Jews "should all gather in Israel so it would be easier to hunt them down". Anyway, I thought I had it figured out; maybe Chancellor Marye Anne Fox updates it every month. Therefore, I checked it out today. Here it is:
