Womyn of the Woorld Yunyte!

"Outstanding Social Justice Activist Award

This award honors individuals that have demonstrated a commitment to working on anti-sexist endeavors and who have drawn connections between various communities to end multiple forms of oppression including but not limited to ableism, heterosexism, racism, classism, xenophobia, and ageism."

You have to hand it to our universities: They may never teach anyone how to spell, but they have a unique talent for inventing new words to add to the English lexicon. Here is an event I missed last Friday at UC Irvine.

"The Dynamic Womyn of UC Irvine Awards Ceremony is an opportunity to honor the incredible womyn who are actively making a difference in our community. These womyn inspire their peers and serve as outstanding leaders and role models. This event will honor and unite women to positively change and thrive in their world by inspiring and supporting other womyn. Join in this one of a kind celebration to focus on the womyn who inspire us to take action, to fight for causes we believe in, and who make a difference each and every day just by being authentic to who they are. Self nominations from students, faculty and staff are welcomed."

I would like to nominate Deputy State Department Spokeswomyn Marie Harf. She fits the above description to a tee.

Keep spelling like that, Ladies and this is where you will end up.
