In the state court of Stuttgart, the murder trial of Ramin F. has begun. The asylum-seeker allegedly encountered a jogger at lunchtime on November 15 in Hochdorf (Baden-Württemberg). According to the state prosecutor, the refugee, out of general frustration, pulled out a knife with a 17-centimeter blade and stabbed the jogger four times, massively, in the chest. The victim, French software developer Fabrice D. (56), bled to death on the street. A stab wound had pierced his heart.

One week before the crime, the apparently belligerent defendant (who came to Germany in 2022) was transferred from the asylum center in Hochdorf to the neighboring location in Wernau. Ramin F. was expelled from the premises, and, according to the indictment, threatened: "I will kill you all!"
