Is the Congressional race in Ilhan Omar's district already rigged?

It looks like James O'Keefe's Project Veritas may have uncovered another major scandal. The one involves the Queen of Scandal, Ilhan Omar (at least since Hillary Clinton is no longer in public office or running for same). This one concerns what appears to be massive voter fraud in Minneapolis.

This cries out for an investigation by the Department of Justice. It also buttresses our fears of a nationwide stealing of the 2020 presidential election.
