It seems almost yesterday that Tom Steyer was standing on the debate stage in South Carolina and proclaiming that he was going to declare a state of emergency on Day One of his presidency to stop the Corona virus.

That's what $200 million gets you. A lot of fancy ads, a handful of votes, no Day One, and no state of emergency. I guess Tom can roll his sleeves back down now.
