Hat tip Gates of Vienna and Vlad Tepes
A storehouse was being used illegally as a place of worship by Muslims in the town of Cantu near Milan. After being instructed not to use it for worship-in violation- of local codes- they continued to do so. A court has now ruled that they may keep the property, but cannot use it for services and prayers. Translation is by Fousesquawk.

Keep in mind that when a property is used as a place of worship, this creates various issues for the surrounding community, such as traffic and parking. The community has every right to control the use of property when it impacts the community.
