What an investigation.
Now we learn that the FBI not only extended immunity to two of Hillary Clinton's top aides, but agreed to destroy their laptops after examining them. They also agreed not to examine anything after January 31, 2015, which would have allowed them to search for evidence of obstruction of justice after the email server became public.

As the news article makes clear, this is an unprecedented type of deal. Keep in mind that the FBI also allowed Mills to be present during Hillary Clinton's interview as part of her legal counsel even though she had been under investigation herself.
At least five people were given immunity deals in this case. You don't give out 5 immunity deals unless you are serious about prosecuting someone. In the end, nobody got prosecuted. Maybe all those deals were a way of protecting everyone involved in this scandal. I never thought I would be saying such a thing about the Department of Justice and FBI could even be possible. That's how bad it is.
