Today (August 1) marks the start of what California is proclaiming Muslim Appreciation and Awareness Month. Meanwhile, over in Germany, an Afgani guy showed his appreciation for the country that has taken him in by ransacking a German church in full view of shocked parishioners.

As usual, I suppose the authorities and media are feverishly searching for a motive. In this case, the perp has answered the question himself as he loudly proclaimed:
"Because I am a Muslim."
