That's exactly what Bill Clinton told a crowd in Spokane today as he was pimping for his wife (figuratively-not literally) . Maybe he forgot that Barack Obama has been president for the past 7+ years, 4 of which his wife was secretary of state.
Maybe this will go down in history as "The Spokane Address".
"Four times two and seven years ago...."
