Looks like one of those Syrian widows and orphans (as President Obama likes to call them) has struck again. This time a Syrian suicide bomber has killed at least ten people in the heart of Istanbul.

And tonight, Obama is giving his state of the union address while inviting a Syrian "refugee" to sit in the visitors gallery.
Hopefully, he won't blow up the capitol building
