Right. They were sent back to DOS three months after Congress requested State to turn them over and State discovered that they didn't have them.
The National Journal, hardly a conservative publication, has a scathing piece on Clinton and her brazen dishonesty.

Furthermore, the FBI is now examining (and according to Bloomberg News Service) retrieving emails from Hillary's private server. Bloomberg further reports that both private and official correspondence has been found. If that is true consider this: If Clinton or her surrogates wiped classified correspondence from that private email server, a crime has been committed.

How much would anyone bet that the DoJ's Loretta Lynch will prosecute Hillary for her crime, if as you put it, "a crime has been committed."

This gets interestinger and interestinger. I would love to have been a fly on the wall when, as Ed Klein reports, Hillary "screamed" at Obama to "call his f-----g dogs off" relative to the e-mail boondoggle. Sounds just like her, no??
I really can't yet figure out the politics of it all. The FBI investigation will take quite a while to complete, perhaps past the primaries and maybe even the general, although I certainly hope not. I can sort of envision Obama et al waiting to see if Biden declares, because if he does not, Hill may be the Dems best hope after all.
If Biden gets in, however, I would not be the least bit surprised to see leak after leak after leak from the DOJ/FBI, all negative relative to Hillary, with the intent, and probable success, of doing her in. And Biden can then lose for the third time. But then again, what do I know??
