As Kurds in northern Iraq heroically take on ISIS, our policy has been to send arms to the central government in Baghdad, whose army has laid them down and fled leaving behind the vehicles and tanks we supplied them as well. Now comes this report which says that after all that history of failure, we are now stopping the efforts of Arab allies to supply the Kurds directly.
