Richard Falk is a UN-appointed rapporteur (more like a racconteur in my opinion) who put the blame on the Israeli-Palestinian fighting in Gaza (December 2008) squarely on the back of Israel. He is also a professor emeritus (retired) from Princeton. Now Mr Falk comes back out from under his rock to assess blame for the Boston bombing. It is all our fault, you see.
