You can't make this stuff up, Folks.
"I founded the civil rights fighting organization the Military Religious Freedom Foundation (MRFF) to do one thing: fight those monsters who would tear down the Constitutionally-mandated wall separating church and state in the technologically most lethal entity ever created by humankind, the U.S. military."
The below op-ed is by a lawyer named Michael "Mikey" Weinstein and concerns Christians and the military. See if you detect a whiff of religious bigotry in this article.

You don't think this guy has an ideological agenda, do you?
But here is the good news. "Mikey" has just been appointed as a consultant on religious tolerance to Chuck Hagel's Pentagon.

I take it you haven't hear about the officers at the Air Force academy who were requiring soldiers to attend evangelical Christian services, resorting to everything from ideologically motivated hazing to threats of court martial for insubordination to advance their agenda that being a good Christian is part of being a good soldier?
And that was the same academy that had a bigger than usual scandal over rape, even for the military, where rape is rife?
No I hadn't heard. Sounds wrong as you describe it, but how do you feel about what "Mikey" has to say? You didn't address that.
I didn't need to address what Mikey had to say. Whatever merit or demerit there may be to his activities, your critique was so barren of factual familiarity it was quite enough to point that out.
Weinstein is of no particular concern. Who cares what he thinks?
