Who is responsible for this?
The below report on the Justice Department is hardly surprising. Former DOJ career attorneys like J. Christian Adams have written several articles on the polarization at DOJ between career professional attorneys and politically-appointed activists like Thomas Perez and Lanny Breuer over the New Black Panther Party voting intimidation incident in Philadelphia and Operation Fast and Furious. Now the DOJ Inspector General's Office has issued a critical report.
