Today, Rep. Henry A. Waxman, Ranking Member of the Energy and Commerce Committee, spoke on the House floor as a member of the Safe Climate Caucus.  The Caucus members have made a commitment to talk every day on the House Floor about the urgent need to address climate change.

Rep. Waxman spoke out on the Government Accountability Office’s historic decision to put climate change on the High Risk List because of the serious threat it poses to taxpayers in the United States.
