Virginia's hot-tempered congressman, Jim Moran (D) once more loses his cool in this video confrontation with conservative activist Jason Mattera, who introduces himself as a constituent from the 12th district of Virginia, a district that was awarded $2 million dollars of "stimulus" money-even though it doesn't exist.
