Alcee Hastings Talks About Deal Making-He Should Know

Rep Alcee Hastings (D-FL) is a man I view with utter contempt. He was a federal judge in Florida when I was a DEA agent. I regard Hastings as a corrupt individual who sold his position for monetary gain. I say that because he was successfully impeached and removed as a federal judge on charges of bribery and perjury. (He was acquitted in a criminal trial.) Then he went on to be elected by his constituents to the Congress and has been there ever since. He is a total disgrace. In the above clip, he shows his total disregard for the democratic process. It is people like Alcee Hastings who showed tonight how much control he and his cohorts have over our lives.
