MSNBC motormouth Chris Matthews shows his northeastern arrogance toward the South on this exchange concerning the defection of a southern member of Congress to the Republicans:
I think someone needs to point out to the "learned journalist", Mr Matthews, that there is no more Confederacy, and there are no more Dixiecrats. What Matthews said was nothing less than a cheap shot at the South-a vastly new South, as Matthews would learn if he could get his butt out of the New York-Boston-Washington corridor for a few days.
MSNBC has truly accomplished something remarkable; they have assembled a team of the most arrogant, biased, and suffocatingly boorish anchors humanly possible.
