Robert Dear
I wanted to wait until we learned more about the man who killed three people at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs. Specifically, I wanted to know about the motive. It is reported that when Robert Dear was finally taken into custody, he rambled something about, "no more body parts". Others who knew him say he was anti-abortion. Thus, I am satisfied that he was against abortion and had deliberately singled out Planned Parenthood. There is no excuse or justification for what he did. It also appears by published accounts that the man is mentally disturbed.
Predictably, Planned Parenthood and the left are quick to politicize this by pointing out the recent revelations through undercover videos that have brought great discredit to PP. Any criticism of PP for their abortion procedures and chopping up babies for sale and profit is entirely justified. It is no excuse for what Mr Dear did, but it does not invalidate the disclosures or the criticism.
The way to put PP out of business is through legislation not murder. But Robert Dear speaks for nobody other than his own demons.

Well, here we go again. MM and libs are in full bay relative to gun control and right-wing anti-abortion loonies. When agendas start getting flogged and efforts are made to further ideologies, it is often useful to put the situation in some sort of context/perspective. I will probably be accused of being unfeeling, but that's just the way it is.
On 11/28/15, in a segment on "domestic terrorist attacks" on abortion providers, CNN posted some stats (I did not catch an attribution if there was one, but I assume their accuracy). Among them were the statement that during the 37-year period 1977-2014, some eight (8) abortion providers were murdered, an average of about one (1) every five (5) years.
What?? Based on FBI/DOJ/NIJ data, and using the conservative/inside figure of 10,000 total homicides annually (I believe it is more, probably closer to 13,000-14,000), that means that over this same time period, at the very least, 370,000 non-abortion providers were murdered.
What this in turn appears to mean is that if you are not an abortion provider, you were/are something like 46,250 times more likely to have been/become a homicide victim than if you were an abortion provider.
Comparatively speaking, doesn't seem like a lot of terrorism to me.
