Its a bit long, dreary, and doesn't make a clear connection. So... was the sound track some whiny little girl who was actually involved in advocating for BDS? Or what? Nothing in that clip even mentions the words B- D- S-.

Maybe you were depending on the subtitles. I have also posted the original and she is basically incomprehensible.
No question the whiny little cretin is incomprehensible, but that begs the question, who is she, what was she talking about, and what is being parodized?
The joke ain't funny if you have to explain it five times.
If, as I infer, this was some BDS supporter getting all choked up about losing a symbolic vote that would have changed nothing... pathetic, but the movie clip doesn't really do its job.
Well, that's what she was.
She's so incoherent it would have taken an introduction to explain that... and we all know about jokes that have to be explained.
