I almost forgot we do have a secretary of defense. His name is Chuck Hagel, and he plays Laurel to Joe Biden's Hardy. Sgt Hagel found himself in a Bethesda, Maryland synagogue Tuesday where he assured his listeners that the US would never allow Iran to acquire the capacity to build a nuclear weapon (which they already have).

It is so reassuring that we have a "Sgt" at the helm of the Department of the Defense. All that inexperience will work so well when the phone rings at 3: am. Maybe Hillary will share her hiding place that was used during the Benhgazi terror attack. Or, Obama could tell him to just go to bed when a terror attack is occuring. I am sure that Putin and the rest of our enemies around the world are rolling on the ground laughing.
