In the below recording of an iman in Memphis, Tennessee, this man spells it out so clearly even US Attorney Bill Killian in Knoxville should be able to understand it. The imam tells his listeners that Christians and Jews are "filthy" and it is allowed (halal) for Muslims to take their lives and property.

One can only speculate on Killian's response or threatened response had a Christian pastor or Jewish rabbi made similar statements about Muslims. Memphis is not Killian's jurisdiction, but the contradiction here is obvious.

Anyone can call themselves an Imam. Has anyone polled all the Muslims in Tennessee to examine
a) how many have ever heard of this guy?
b) how many endorse or even listen to his teachings?
c) how many endorse his attitude?
There is no reason to arrest him for hate speech, because speech is not a crime. If you tried to prosecute for incitement to home invasion robbery, he would emphasize that he said "in a state of jihad, not at all times." That could be of the same significance as "if your home is in a free fire zone between German and Allied lines, Allied artillery does not have to respect it if blowing it up will help us kill some Germans." Or not. It would be interesting to press him for what he means by "a state of jihad."

I don't recall calling for his prosecution though I would be interested to know how Killian would compare this to the possible prosecutions he was talking about.
The site you linked to asked when he is going to be prosecuted for hate speech. I thought you said all we have to do is follow the sites you link to, and that's your position too?
I don't think this guy is of any particular significance at all. You want to make the case that he is... you might poll all the Muslims in TN.
