Eric Holder is truly a powerful man. You can't prosecute him because the agency that would prosecute him happens to be run by Eric Holder himself. The guy could probably bomb the whole Justice Department Hqs, and the US Attorney (who works for Eric Holder) would decline prosecution. Now it seems you can't even protest against him as the Secret Service shut down a protest in front of the White House just as it was beginning. Reason? The old suspicious package.
