Yes, clearly corporations can just regulate themselves and pose no direct danger to anyone as a result. Of course. That makes perfect sense in light of the Southwest story.
Of course the airline industry is subject to regulation for safety reasons. Corporations have plenty of laws to follow so people don't get swindeled. I suspect that you favor more drastic control of businesses & corps.
Don't know if this presents a safety issue but it sure is a problem when vital jobs are outsourced out of the country. It further erodes our economic stability and actually has become a national security issue.
