Whatever Happened to That Galloway Investigation Asks ZOA

I am linking a recent article from the website of the Zionist Organization of America asking why the Department of Justice under Eric Holder doesn't seem interested in investigating the questionable Viva Palestina fundraising in the US by George Galloway (pictured below-on the left). As previously reported, a major flap occurred in May 2009 at UC-Irvine when boxes were passed around the room as Galloway spoke and money was collected for "Gaza relief" I was present and have written about it. An internal UCI investigation failed to hold anyone accountable even though university regulations as to fund raising were violated.

The letter also brings up the now-infamous New Black Panther Party voter intimidation case in Philadelphia, which the DOJ has swept aside.

In terms of my reaction, I think the ZOA has basically answered its own questions. The fact is that Eric Holder and his top political hacks in the Justice Department, such as Thomas Perez, have no interest in pursuing these types of cases. As a retired federal agent, I have no doubt that agents at the field level are ready and eager to pursue such cases. The fact that nothing is being done obviously goes right to the top.
