Janet Napolitano: "The system worked."
When it comes to flying, WE are the Department of Homeland Security. Janet Napolitano says that the "system worked" in Detroit. Yes, it worked when passengers did what they know they must do after 9-11. On the other hand, Napolitano and her subordinates are running around after the fact trying to pick up the pieces of a system that failed.

Which system was she talking about. It is not the one that prevents terrorists from getting on planes.
