Not the best site for this sort of news. I came across the story (although I remember the event) while investigating another matter.
Actually I never use the BBC they are biased in favor of Hizbollah and Hamas.

It says a lot about a nation when the people of it celebrate the return of a man who bashed in the head of a 4-year old child.
